Using the software for analysis, synthesis, and recognition of speech signals, we have designed the interface:

• which provides people having hearing disabilities or cerebral palsy with computer-based learning tools to develop diction and voice and to correct pronunciation skills;
• which allows teachers with a qualification in teaching the hearing and visually impaired to provide diagnosis and correction of wrong pronunciation of sound, syllables and phrases in Russian, and to carry out Russian speech training in a specialized school, kindergarten or at home;
• which allows people with hearing, visual disabilities or with cerebral palsy, for whom it is not accessible to use keyboard or display in finding information, to operate their computer using voice commands.

The program interface works on a Windows PC (Win95/98/NT/2000).
