It is an assistant which makes routine work for you on calling your clients and partners. Moreover it may serve as irreplaceable helper in receiving and recording voice messages.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><strong>Assignment<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">VoiceInformator is a software-hardware complex designed to deal with\u00a0voice or SMS message transmission via the GSM network to a large number of subscribers using the specified list and\u00a0 scenario. This complex also serves as an answering machine and allows working with several modems simultaneously.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Main operating modes<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><strong>Autoringup mode. <\/strong>The program dials a number from a database, <\/span>identifies when a subscriber picks up the receiver <span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">and starts speech interaction with a subscriber. SMS message transmission is also supported.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><strong>A<\/strong><\/span><strong>nswerback<\/strong><strong> mode<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><strong>.<\/strong> The program waits for an incoming call and starts speech interaction with a subscriber. <\/span>Besides<span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">, automatic <\/span>calling number identification (CNID)<span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"> is also supported.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><strong>GSM-line Record mode<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong> The program allows recording the subscribers&#8217; answers received as a result of autoringup and answerback modes&#8217; operating. There is also ability to create a target subscriber list from certain subscribers registered in the database. The system allows to create message templates in Belarusian or Russian and additionally (or solely) to use subscriber&#8217;s data via dynamic variables, for example to &#8220;Paste a name&#8221; one need to use variable %Name%. When implementing (testing) such a message, the variable %Name% is to be replaced with the name of a certain subscriber, for example &#8220;Barys&#8221;, and the resulting text is to be processed with a speech synthesizer to a respective text-to-voice message.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><strong>An example of greeting created with VoiceInformator <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<audio class=\"wp-audio-shortcode\" id=\"audio-181-2\" preload=\"none\" style=\"width: 100%;\" controls=\"controls\"><source type=\"audio\/wav\" src=\"http:\/\/ssrlab.by\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/VinsavannieZBozymNaradzenniem_20120_2.wav?_=2\" \/><a href=\"http:\/\/ssrlab.by\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/VinsavannieZBozymNaradzenniem_20120_2.wav\">http:\/\/ssrlab.by\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/VinsavannieZBozymNaradzenniem_20120_2.wav<\/a><\/audio>\n<p>Each task can be scheduled to be implemented at a certain time with some specifications, namely a time period for a task to be repeated and a number of repetitions (Figure 4). After task being created, a user can choose to \u00abrun a task\u00bb, \u00abnot to run a task\u00bb or to cancel it at all. For monitoring and implementing the created active tasks one should call the &#8220;Start implementation&#8221;\u00a0function (Figure 5).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><img src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/image007.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><strong>Figure 4<\/strong> \u2013 Setting the implementation time <\/span><\/p>\n<p>For each task in a form there are fields for a shortened name, the start time, activity (participating in the monitoring), the 1st 20-40 symbols of the massage, the output operator and voice. In Figure 5 the active task is\u00a0highlighted in red, and the task to edit\u00a0\u2013 in blue.
